As registered migration agents, we are also bound by strict confidentiality obligations under the Migration Agents Code of Conduct contained in the Migration Agents Regulations 1998 (Cth).

  • the Department of Home Affairs

  • the Administrative Review Tribunal (ART)

  • State or Territory government authorities

  • skills assessing authorities

  • employers, sponsors or regional certifying bodies

  • education providers or training institutions

  • police or other government agencies where required by law.

We may also disclose information to service providers who assist us in operating our business, including:

  • information technology and cloud storage providers

  • document management systems

  • client communication platforms

  • professional advisers such as accountants or legal advisers.

We take reasonable steps to ensure that any third parties handling personal information on our behalf maintain appropriate confidentiality and security standards.

When personal information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to securely destroy or de-identify it.

As required by the Migration Agents Code of Conduct, client records are generally retained for seven years.

  • This information is generally collected in an aggregated and anonymous form to improve our website and services.
